Privacy policy

ClaimsRecord is designed to know as little about you as possible.

What we collect

• Cookieless analytics. We use privacy-preserving, in-memory analytics (PostHog EU and Vercel Analytics) to count visits and understand which pages are useful. No tracking cookies are set, no cross-site profiles are built, and data is processed in the EU where applicable.
• Email. If you email hello@claimsrecord.com, we keep the correspondence to answer you. That's it.

What we never collect

Insurance quote details. When you click through to an insurer, you deal with them directly — their privacy policy governs from that point. Affiliate networks may use their own cookies on the insurer's side to attribute referrals; we receive aggregate commission data only, never your identity.

Your rights

ClaimsRecord is operated by Overfly GmbH (Germany) and complies with the GDPR. Since we hold essentially no personal data, requests are usually short conversations — contact hello@claimsrecord.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
