Business insurance is bought on price and marketing, but it's only ever used at claim time — and that's the one moment no insurer's website tells you about. ClaimsRecord exists to fill that gap.

We compile what's publicly knowable about how small-business insurers behave when claims land: regulator complaint indices from the NAIC, AM Best financial-strength ratings, and the recurring themes in thousands of customer reviews — sourced, dated, and presented the same way for every insurer so you can compare like with like.

We are an independent publisher. We are not an insurance company, agent or broker; we don't sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, give advice, or handle your data for quotes. When you're ready to buy, you deal with the insurer directly on their site.
